Celebrate Father’s Day with a Brick Oven Brunch Pizza, Bloody Marys, and Cidermosas Special! The Cidery will be offering a breakfast-style Brunch Pizza for Cider Week Hudson Valley paired with your choice of a Bloody Mary or Cidermosa.

All pizzas and drink kits will be available to-go --- if we reach Phase 2 where outdoor dining is open, our guests will also be able to choose to find a spot on the lawn to eat and drink. We're so proud and excited to announce that we're celebrating our 5th-year anniversary here at Pennings Farm Cidery! To commemorate the occasion, a wax-dipped Limited Edition of The Continental still cider will be released.

The Continental is the first cider of the “Wild Series” bottled in limited numbers. These ciders are produced from wild apple trees growing throughout the Warwick and Hudson Valleys, and will deliver different tastes and cider nuances from year to year.

The Continental apples hail from a century-old wild crab-apple tree located right at the heart of Pennings Orchard, very close to where George Washington and the Continental Army camped during the Revolutionary War. These soldiers likely imbibed in cider produced by the local Warwickians from similar trees.

Come by early to join us in kicking off Cider Week Hudson Valley, and pick up your bottle or 4-pack of The Continental --- there will only be four cases of waxed-dipped bottles released!

During this special event, Henry showcases some of his most iconic rock & roll photographs and the compelling stories behind them. The presentation will include an exclusive selection of photos from the ’69 Woodstock festival, which Henry is curating especially for the Pennings audience.

Catch a personal viewing of Diltz’s renowned photography that graced hundreds of album covers; has been featured in magazines, newspapers and books; is on exhibit in his Morrison Hotel Gallery, and captured the unbridled vibe of Woodstock in powerful photographic essays.

Pennings Farm Cidery and the Rashad Jennings Foundation are proud to announce Running Back to the Farm, an all ages event positioned to raise money for underprivileged youth literacy, mentorship and health & fitness programs. Former NY Giants Running Back, Rashad Jennings, teams up with the Pennings farm family to produce this celebrity inspired event on August 10, 2-7PM.

Running Back to the Farm is all about raising money for a cause that is near and dear to Rashad Jennings. Jennings was an average kid, of above average weight, with below average grades, with what were considered unattainable dreams of becoming an NFL Running Back. Jennings was given a break not many receive, when he was inspired through education, provided direction to reach success and encouraged to adopt health and fitness as a way of life. He proved his doubters wrong when he stepped onto the turf as a NY Giants Running Back from 2014 -2017, reigned champion on Dancing with the Stars Season 24 and became a published author, proving his strengths as an athlete, team-player and scholar.
The Rashad Jennings Foundation is Jennings current playbook used to create possibilities for young dreamers to reach their goals just as he did. Through the foundation, and the Running Back to the Farm event, Jennings takes on a similar role to that of a running back when he receives ‘handoffs’ of monetary contributions to be used to inspire youth nationwide to blitz in the face of adversity. Pennings Farm Cidery aligns itself with the Rashad Jennings philosophy of mentoring and encouraging youth to strive for personal success.

We welcome you to our first ever confessional dance party. We bring you EMO NIGHT, a night to openly express your emocore style and emotions through coats of eyeliner, melodramatic attitude and freestyle dance...or not.

Expect the Cidery to be fueled by the sounds of emotionally restless themes, that will infuse the dance floor with spontaneous, active and expressive dance moves. You can’t do it wrong. The energy of Dj Skyhook's Emo-centric playlist will flow through your body, and express itself outwardly. All dance moves are welcome.

Come meet SJ Pennings, head cidermaker and co-owner of Pennings Farm Cidery, located in the heart of Hudson Valley apple country.

SJ will be joined by his cider-making team, Matt Sampson and Mike Stubeck, and the trio will talk about their cider-making process, what differentiates Pennings hard cider from other hard cider and answer questions about their production process as well as about growing and maintaining the apple (and stone fruit) orchard. They will also be giving live demonstrations.

With a new appreciation for the cider-making process and the year-round process of maintaining an on-farm orchard, order up a flight of Pennings hard ciders to taste the dedication and committment in every sip. Chef Heather K. of Pennings Farm will join cider maker SJ Pennings to create a farm-to-table gastronome pairing during Cider Week Hudson Valley.

Passed hors d’oeuvres will be expertly paired with hard ciders produced at Pennings Farm Cidery. Chef and Cider-Maker will be available to answer questions about cider's food-friendly qualities.
