We're so proud and excited to announce that we're celebrating our 5th-year anniversary here at Pennings Farm Cidery! To commemorate the occasion, a wax-dipped Limited Edition of The Continental still cider will be released.

The Continental is the first cider of the “Wild Series” bottled in limited numbers. These ciders are produced from wild apple trees growing throughout the Warwick and Hudson Valleys, and will deliver different tastes and cider nuances from year to year.

The Continental apples hail from a century-old wild crab-apple tree located right at the heart of Pennings Orchard, very close to where George Washington and the Continental Army camped during the Revolutionary War. These soldiers likely imbibed in cider produced by the local Warwickians from similar trees.

Come by early to join us in kicking off Cider Week Hudson Valley, and pick up your bottle or 4-pack of The Continental --- there will only be four cases of waxed-dipped bottles released!
