Come meet SJ Pennings, head cidermaker and co-owner of Pennings Farm Cidery, located in the heart of Hudson Valley apple country.

SJ will be joined by his cider-making team, Matt Sampson and Mike Stubeck, and the trio will talk about their cider-making process, what differentiates Pennings hard cider from other hard cider and answer questions about their production process as well as about growing and maintaining the apple (and stone fruit) orchard. They will also be giving live demonstrations.
